Location was comfortable, close to restaurants for dinner, the centre of Oakham and the cafe. Also, it was based close to everything.

Without doubt the location was exceptionally nice just off nearby pubs and restaurants.

The staff is extremely friendly and affable. They have included a fridge, a microwave oven, and an iron. It includes large bathroom. It has good and fantastic setting close enough to the cafe, the town centre and the train station, high street and plenty of pubs and eateries.

Breakfast was fresh with fresh milk, orange juice and toast, the room was well-organised and the bathroom was particularly well equipped. It was in an unbeatable location, free parking was available.

The apartment is at an excellent and perfect location close to markets. Nearby pubs and restaurants as well as shops are within easy reach.3. Would stay here again, loved it.

The apartment was a comfortable place for sightseeing in Oakham. The location was quiet in a beautiful area adjacent to the center of Oakham. I had a savory and freshly prepared breakfast with toast as an alternative to croissants before I left.

Brilliant location, very good facilities such as an iron, a multi-channel television and a writing desk, good value. Easy access to Castle Cottage Cafe, just 5 minutes walk.

The accommodation here was excellent and I was delighted that I could check-in early; the location is particularly good and fantastic, being close to nearby pubs, and it's nice to stay on a quiet street.

Our stay here was pleasant, with plenty of shops, markets, pubs, and restaurants close by, including the serene environment near Rutland Water.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The host even provided fresh milk, orange juice, and breakfast items. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The location was perfect, with quiet bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to local attractions.

The room was a bit too warm and it took a while to cool down, resulting in a restless night's sleep. The WiFi was also a bit unreliable, making it difficult to use apps and send emails.
